1. The treasure hunt starts on 15th April 2011 at 2000 hours.
2. To participate in the treasure hunt registration is necessary.
3. Each level in the treasure hunt will be cleared sequentially.
4. Google, Wikipedia, Bing and all such like tools would be essential to progress in the Treasure Hunt.
5. Clues for each level would normally appear in the URL of the page,
title of the page, source code of the page and a combination of all
these three.
6. Occassionally you may require to perform activities like changing
the url, finding the answer box and other such minor technical stuff.
7. The answer would usually be in small case with no spaces in between
eg thisistheanswer. Numerals may be present in the answer. Special
characters !@#$%^&*()_-.+=~|\/?<>: may be part of the answer!
8. The levels can be discussed in the forum at Cryptex 2010. Please do
not put spoilers or answers in the forum. Anybody found doing so will
automatically be disqualified.
9. Discussing answers with friends will only help you in going down and
them in climbing above you. We seriously discourage grouping and answer
sharing and those found doing so will be disqualified.
